A mother-of-two dropped three dress sizes in five months, after being HYPNOTISED into believing she had a gastric band.
Nasireen Chaudhary, a 38-year-old hairdresser from north London, had the 'hypnoband' fitted by Sara Ellis, who works on Harley Street.
Through suggestion, Sara taught Nasireen to believe she had an adjustable band to help her reduce her food intake.

A normal physical gastric band uses surgery which involves fitting a band around the upper part of your stomach.
Nasireen slimmed down from 12 stone to nine stone and is in a pair of Size 10 jeans for the first time in a decade.
'I said to Sara: 'I wish you could hypnotise me into thinking I've got a gastric band around my stomach' and she said: 'I think I could.'
Nasireen had her first session of hypnotherapy in a quiet room in her hair salon later that day, last September.
'I am quite a cynical person, so I wasn't convinced it would work,' said Mrs Chaudhary.
Doubts: Hairdresser Nasireen Chaudhary, seen here in 2009, was 12st when she went for treatment and was convinced it wouldn't work
However just two days later she noticed a change.
'I went out for dinner with a friend, and ate a huge meal. I felt fine that night and thought: "Oh, it hasn't worked, but never mind", and just decided to get on with it.'
But the next morning she felt sick, as if she was overstuffed, she rang Sara, who explained it was all part of the process.
'She told me that if I had a gastric band that's exactly how I would feel, so it had worked after all.'
Snack-free: Qualified hypnoterapist Sara Ellis performed the technique in Nasireen's hair salon and the mother of two is eating smaller portions
Nasireen began to put weight on after the birth of her two children, Daughter Amirah, 13, and son Shakur, 10.
'During the day at work I'd eat lots of sweets and biscuits, and snack on pizza,' she said.
New woman: Nasireen now feels sick if she overeats and is able to stick to a healthy diet
'I also wasn't getting enough exercise.'
The hairdresser, who is just 5ft 2ins, was once a size 16-18 and covered her body up in saris, but now loves showing off her perfect 10 figure.
She added the process is down to positive thinking, saying: 'If the person is open to it working and wants it, it will work, I have seen around two hundred people, and with massive success.'
'It's completely changed the way I look at food,' Nasireen said.
